I need help with a possible Blackstone or Coke quote

We have a professor who is looking for the source of the quote: The problem
with corporations is that they have neither a body to be kicked nor a soul
to be dam-ed. I have searched our copy of the commentaries and only came up
with a minor reference to a corporation not having a soul that cites to
Coke. Does anyone else know of somewhere to look?
