My e-mail, down since mid-morning, has just been restored. My original query was:
A land use attorney who currently receives Fund Title Notes from Attorney's Title would also like to receive "the American Title research material. It is an organization of underwriters. Hopefully you can locate and order it for me."
She is not available for further clarification, although at one point she told me it would be "expensive but worth it." I looked on American Title Company's web site and could not locate any publications. I spoke with the research director at American Land Title Association and he did not know of anything comparable to Fund Title Notes. Can anyone help me out here? Thanks!
