One of my attorneys has asked me to find out whether or not a law suit
has been filed in North Carolina with the parties Pezzotti vs. Accuma
Corporation. Accuma Corporation is an international company but has a
plant in Statesville, NC. I have checked PACER to see if this has been
filed in Federal Court, but it has not. I believe the action, if it has
been filed, has been filed in state court. Is there any online resource
for finding information about cases filed in North Carolina state
courts, other than services such as Court Link?
