Greetings,

I have been asked to comment on an anti-crime initiative on cyberspace
fraud and abuse. Does anyone know of any sources or discussion of
cyberspace fraud and abuse as it pertains to libraries? I would think this
might apply more to public insitutions.

Any help or suggestions are appreciated.
