I need a case from Mealey's Insurance. We subscribe but don't have room for more than two years archived and it is no longer on Westlaw. Frustration. At any rate, if someone could fax me Highlands Insurance v. Temple-Inland from vol. 13 #40, Aug. 24, 1999, Section H, I would be most appreciative and would pay your fax costs as well.
