Does anyone know where this phrase is defined / construed? I have checked
Blacks, Words & Phrases, the OED, Westlaw's case law and have not found any
definition of the following phrase:
"Without limitation of the foregoing"
It is used in many licensing contracts and also in some legislation. I
would like to find the definition or at least some etymology. A quick
Google search pulled 5,690 hits for this phrase.
Please reply directly to me as I get this list in digest form. Thanks for
any help you can provide.
