Thanks to Kelly Devlin and Michael Ravnitzky for suggestions.
Suggest you call the United States Parachute Association in Alexandria,
VA (called USPA). They can tell you who their attorneys are and they
would know.

Subject: Treatise recommendation for adventure tour law needed
Does anyone have recommendations for a treatise on the law as
applied to adventure tours? This involves activities like white water
rafting, sea-kayaking, paragliding, and elephant trekking. The attorney
is interested in something covering liability, waiver of claims, and
assumption of risk as applied to adventure tours.
Thanks in advance,
