Suggest you call the United States Parachute Association in Alexandria,
VA (called USPA). They can tell you who their attorneys are and they
would know.

        Does anyone have recommendations for a treatise on the law as
applied to adventure tours? This involves activities like white water
rafting, sea-kayaking, paragliding, and elephant trekking. The attorney
is interested in something covering liability, waiver of claims, and
assumption of risk as applied to adventure tours.
