A non-list member is looking for government information about Kazakhstan,
Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan. Particularly
constitutional provisions (or the constitutions) of everywhere except
Kazakhstan. And any statutes relating to parliamentary elections, terms,
etc.
I've searched Infotrac and Reynolds & Flores, Foreign Law. Since this is
outside of my usual research area, any suggestions would be greatly
appreciated.
