Good Morning all you wonderful Librarians! Yesterday I asked if anyone knew of any treatises, journals, etc. on "Costs or financing of Litigation". Now I find that I was on the wrong track.
What I need to find now are any treatises, journals, reporters, etc. on
"Banking or Financial Litigation" which would also include case law.
