the software decided that it was not needed so I never looked into

I am looking for information on a software product called "The Blue Sky
Filer" from LegalDoc Software Corporation. I believe that this software
company is now extinct. However, if this software is still being produced, I
would like some information on how to acquire it. If it is no longer
available, I was wondering if anyone knew of an equivalent software
currently available on the market (the software claimed to complete and
generate documents for filing in all 50 states for several kinds of Blue Sky
filings).
I searched the Law-Lib archives and found a couple of old postings regarding
this software, but there were no replies to the original messages. I can
