Does anyone know of an annotated version of the PURPA (Public Utility Regulatory Policy Act)? We are looking for a treatment similar to that used for PUHCA (Public Utility Holding Company Act) in volume 17 of CCH's Federal Securities Law Reporter. CCH's FERC Reporter has an unannotated version of PURPA.
