Generally, security interests is not enforceable against FCC license (only the proceed when the license is disposed). The issue has been widely discussed in various bankruptcy cases. FCC also affirmed this holdings in "In Re: Walter O'Cheskey, 13 F. C. C. R. 10656". Get this citation and update it. If you need further research assistance, please contact me. This is not a legal opinion.

Subject: FCC Radio License
Hello all. I am a library assistant who is alone today and I am struggling a bit to find something. The issue I am dealing with is "how to obtain a security interest in and FCC radio license" The attorney is looking for general information on this. I have been searching the FCC website but I have not come up with anything helpful. Where is a good place to look?
Any suggestions would be very helpful!
Thanks
