Arkansas statute help

Good afternoon,
We were asked to obtain annotated versions of the Arkansas Charitable
Solicitation statute, sections 4-103-201 et seq. Although both Lexis and
Westlaw claim to have annotated statutes, there are no annotations showing
up for any of these sections. If someone who has the books could check,
just to verify that there are no annotations, we would be most grateful.
(Early next week will be fine.)
