> To Anyone Who Is a Current Member of PLL's Records
> Management Group and/or
Private Law Librarians Who Are Involved in Multitasking:

I invite everyone with an interest in law firm
leadership, administration and multitasking to attend program D-6,
entitled "To the Max: The Balancing Act of Multitasking Managers," on
Monday, July 14th from 9am to 10am. This program examines the variety
of roles private law librarians play in their firms and the unexpected
challenges and benefits gained by managing multiple, and frequently
disparate, administrative departments.

In addition, the PLL-SIS Records Management Group
Business/Networking Meeting will be held in Seattle on Tuesday, July
15th, from 5:15pm to 6:15pm. [Check your final program guide for
location.] For some of us who manage both the library and
records/conflicts departments in our organizations, the AALL Annual
Conference is our only opportunity during the year to network with
colleagues outside of our local geographic areas. Fortunately for us,
this is the first year in many where our meeting is not being held at a
very early morning hour, so I expect to see many old friends and new at
this year's meeting!
