There is a chapter on customs law in Aspen's Specialized Legal
Research, formerly edited by Leah Chanin and now edited by Penny
Hazelton. It is a loose-leaf, so it does have some currency. I practiced
some in this area before I got my MLIS. I read the customs chapter as
part of a grad school assignment and thought it was excellent.
