Good Morning, All!
I am going antiquing this morning...
Need a copy of section 1782.
The 3rd ed. was entitled: A treatise on the Anglo-American system of
evidence in trials at common law...
I am guessing that it is lurking in some of the academic law libraries
...(unfortunately our 2 local academic law libraries do not have.
Rutgers discarded but didnt remove from their catalog, thus making me
think this was going to be easy.)
In the current edition of Wigmore on Evidence sect 1782 covers 2 pages,
so I dont expect it to be a lot more in the 3rd ed.
Can anyone fax this to me???
TIA!!!
