CourtLink, a Lexis product, obtains its information from Washington's Administrative Office of the Courts, the agency that administers JIS-Link. Generally, CourtLink is more expensive and it provides the same information. The trade off is usability. CourtLink is much easier to use, unless you are looking for dockets from appellate court cases. JIS-Link's appellate court dockets interface, ACORDS, is a good one. To use JIS-Link to obtain district and municipal or superior court dockets you first need to learn a complicated command language.
