Good morning/afternoon, All!
Looking for a Washington Superior Court (King County) opinion in
mid-February (2/10-?) re Microsoft v. Timeline re sublicensing of
Timeline's patents by Microsoft.
The original opinion was appealed and the appellate courts reversed and
sent back to King County Superior . I need the latest King County
opinion.
Can anyone supply a copy?? (I realize the WA firms may have a daily
decision service like we do in NJ for local opinions that may be
unpublished.)
