Does anyone know of a publication that would list state by state analysis
for motor vehicle financing from the point of view of the lending
institution; "perfecting your interest", "Disclosure", "Repossession
requirements" etc. I have looked in "Secured Transactions Guide" and from
that can pull some information together. We were just hoping there might be
some kind of primer or hornbook that would cover this subject.
