Good Morning, All!!
I am looking for a copy of a speech given by Lawrence J. Goffney (then
acting Deputy Commissioner of Patents and Trademarks). The speech was
entitled:
The State of the United States Patent & Trademark Office
and was given at the 41st Annual Conference on Developments in
Intellectual Property Law at John Marshall Law School, Chicago, Feb.
1997.
JMLS Library holds a video copy of all the speeches. I am waiting for a
response from them on a print copy, but I am not optimistic.
Anyone have this lurking in their collection??
