Happy Thursday everyone --
I am in search of the Statute of limitations (I understand they are referred to as the "Doctrine of Prescription"?? in Mexico) for personal injury in the State of Quintana Roo. Does anyone know of a resource that provides this information in English?
The statutes are available via the Quintana Roo government web site (I have my translator ready), but we appear to be experiencing problems with their search feature.....
Westlaw does not carry that particular state......
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
