computer printing for library patrons

I am doing some research into the prospects for introducing vended printing
for patron groups ranging from non-law students to certain members of the
public. I would be interested in hearing feedback about successful or
unsuccesful attempts to introduce controlled printing in academic law
libraries -- not just cost recovery issues, strictly defined, but also any
problems related to excessive or inappropriate printing, copyright
concerns, or burdens placed on library staff in maintaining/monitoring
print use.

If you have experience with these issues, I'd be very happy to hear from
you off-list.

Thanks!
