Bibliographic Software

Greetings:

At my institution, we are reviewing our options for automated
bibliographic software. We already own ProCite5 but would like to
consider purchasing software that has a Bluebook format available and
can collect citations from online databases and/or the Internet. I am
interested in collecting comments on the ease of manipulating ProCite5
so that it meets our requirements, and in recommendations for other
software packages that offer Bluebook format and integration of online
documents as well as text files. We have already identified the Legal
Citation software package that can work with ProCite, but find it sort
of pricey.

Thank you for any advise you can offer.
