Does anyone know of a source for statistics on how 1L legal
research is taught at law schools? Specifically, I'm
looking for statistics on how many law schools have the
legal writing professors teach legal research, how many
have the professional librarians teach a graded legal
research class (either a stand-alone class or one taught as
part of a legal research and writing class), how many have
the librarians teach a pass-fall legal research class
(again, either as a stand-alone or as part of legal
research and writing), and how many law schools have the
librarians give lectures on research as part of the legal
writing class.
Any suggestions where I can look for this information?
