I need any recommendations for a treatise devoted to international takings/expropriation law, specifically one that discusses (in some detail) ICSID (International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes) and how to take a case before it, the process, etc. I've tried a number of different avenues and cannot locate an in-depth title. Any insight that could be offered would be greatly appreciated.
