To those of you who have discarded your IRS Cumulative Bulletin's -- did
you retain the volumes containing legislative documents? If not, do
you wish you had? We will be downsizing when we move next year and I
had assumed that I could safely discard the entire CB run, but we
recently needed a senate report which had a CB cite. When the needed CB
volume could not be found, we discovered that the report (from the 60's)
was not available online. We ended up sending a local document
retriever to one of the local university libraries to copy the report.
Please share your CB archival experiences with me off list. Thanks!
