A long-shot question: does anyone have a collection of the legal opinions
of the Railroad Retirement Board from which we could obtain copies of
selected ones? Our alternative is to request them directly from the Board,
which could take much longer than we have... (Of course, all the ones we
need are older than those available on their web site.)
