Ladies and Gentlemen:

I am looking for a copy of an ERISA Technical RElease 2001. This was to
have been isseud by the Department of Labor on June 30, 1976. This
document was issued to inform the public of changes that final regulations
would make to previously issued proposed and temporary regulations. The final regulations were later published on December 28, 1976 at 41 FR 56462.

According to this FR: Department of Labor: Pension and Welfare Benefit
Programs: Rules and Regulations for Minimu Standards for Employee Pension Benefit Plans: 29 CFR 2930.

I have contacted the Department of Labor Law Library. The tried to help me but unfortunately this particular ruling is stored in a medium which makes it inaccessible. The release exists in a database which uses old software. It is avaialbe on screen. It can be viewed. It cannot be printed.

Any help I can get is greatly appreciated.
