Hello - We are looking for an opinion from the past few years in a New
Mexico case that deals with calculation of natural resource damages (NRD)
to groundwater. We think it involves Sparton Technology, Inc., as
defendant, and the U.S. E.P.A. and D.O.J. as plaintiffs, in a case in which
a settlement was announced on 1/28/2000 and likely entered into shortly

you have a copy of this, or some suggestions as to how to get it, I'd love
