Hello,

I need any information regarding what level of computer tech support is
provided at your institution for students who use assistive technology
during exams. We currently have several visually impaired students who
use; Kurzweil, ZoomText, Jaws, and a Braille printer.

This may seem rather vague, but we're interested in whether other IT
departments train the students, give them practice exams and especially
whether they are on-site during the exam period in case problems arise.
If you provide this support, what is the ratio (approximately) of techs
to students?

Any information you can provide will appreciated very much! Thanks for
your time and consideration.
