My favorite is Fisher v Lowe, 333 NW2d 67 done a la Kilmer's "Trees" "We thought that we would never see/ A suit to compensate a tree...". The case also features headnotes in verse by West editors.

Some time ago, some one out there compiled a list of opinions written in
verse which I promply noted but cannot locate again.Could some one give
me the citations to the several such cases in the American courts? Also,
there is a famous opinion that was written as an April Fool Joke but was
published in a reporter. If I remember correctly, it was from Arkansas.
