The april fools opinion was Catt v. State, which is at 691 S.W. 2d 120.
The most
entertaining thing about this is that it was cited later in a Delaware
opinion, 673 A.2d 1233. The citation to Catt was exorcised from both the
West reporter and from Westlaw, but it can still be found on Lexis, under
the same citation..
