Can you help please?
I need to obtain a copy of the following Performing Rights Tribunal
decision but cannot locate a copy on the internet or on any online
databases-.
AIRC (Association of Independent Radio Companies) v Phonographic
Performance Ltd, PRT, 23 October 1986.
Apparently, this is a revised decision resulting from an appeal to the High
Court which was remitted to the Performing Rights Tribunal for
reconsideration.
I am also after the 1986 High Court decision, of Harman J, 16 January 1986,
which is also unreported and not available online anywhere.
I am more than happy to pay for these cases.
