Law-lib comes through again. A couple of weeks ago I posted an email trying to locate reports published by MCCA regarding diversity in law firms. My posting was forwarded several times before I received response below from MCCA director Veta Richardson. We received hard copies of the reports yesterday. They are great resources. Thank you MCCA.

MCCA is the only national association that works exclusively to advance diversity in law firms. We do rely upon contributions to be able to continue to publish a magazine, fund conferences and programs, do the web site, research and give it all away for free. But we do not require a donation to receive our materials.

Please go to www.mcca.com and look at the table on the left and select as follows:

RESEARCH PROGRAMS
Law Firm Best Practices <http://www.mcca.com/site/data/researchprograms/lfbestpractices/index.html> - AKA Blue Book
Law Department Metrics <http://www.mcca.com/site/data/researchprograms/ldmetrics/lawdeptmetrics.htm> - AKA Burgundy Book -- for law depts. not firms
Pathways Report <http://www.mcca.com/site/data/corporate/BP/Pathways/frame.htm> - AKA Green Book (for corporate law departments, not law firms)

The PURPLE Boook is not yet online, only available in hard copy.
