I can tell you that C-span 2 is airing it momentarily - at 12:30pm. You can
watch it on your computer at www.c-span.org. Supposedly it is also airing
tonight (not sure of the time) and Saturday night around 6pm. I don't know
if a video tape would suffice for you...According to C-span, this is the
only time that the court has released arguments immediately except for the
Gore v. Bush case in 2000.
