I was also trying to get this - I contacted the Supreme Court and the tape they
are releasing is apparently for the media only. C-Span will be broadcasting it
over their radio (you can listen in via Real Audio at <www.c-span.org>) at
12:15pm and over their C-Span2 television network at 12:30pm. It is possible it
will also be available via NPR.
The Public Affairs office at the Supreme Court was unsure if the tape would be
available for public purchase today. A representative is supposed to call me
back this afternoon.
Good Luck!
