Can anyone tell me the best way to access a trial transcript for a case
from 1877? The case name is Comm. of Penna. v. John Kehoe. It was a
criminal trial for the murder of F.W.S. Langdon. The only other
information I have is that Langdon was murdered on 7/4/1862 and the case
was either decided or the trial commenced on 1/2/1877.
We have contacted the Schuylkill County Courthouse which has the docket
on microfiche, but did not think there would be a trial transcript.
Any ideas will be appreciated.
