Does anyone know whether this publication and/or its publisher (Duane Burton at Big Foot Press, Denver) is/are defunct?
I've been trying to raise them without success since mid-Feb.
My presenting issue with JIIPC: filing instructions for Rel.22 appear to be incorrect: I have yellow supplement pages (66) with instructions to file into v.3 (but I think they want to be in v.2); and 84 p. of yellow supplement that are purportedly for v.2, but appear to want to file into v.3.
Has anyone else struggled with this? If so, would appreciate your guidance, lacking word from the publisher.
