I am amazed how difficult this little assignment has become.
I have a name of a company [H&R Block] and a location [Paramus], but I
do
not see how I can accurately obtain the name of the registered agent.
Unless I have overlooked something, I cannot see how a search can be
done
using the address as well as the name.
Can someone help give me some guidance with the unique Jersey system?
