Hey, all. I've been asked to track down regulatory history for a Connecticut regulation. I've checked various sites and WEXIS, and I haven't found any publication comparable to the Federal Register where proposed and final rules might be printed. Before I tell the attorney such a thing doesn't exist, can someone confirm for me that it in fact doesn't? Or am I missing something obvious? Thank you very much!
