Can anyone out there recommend a treatise on Delaware Series LLP's/LLC's
that contains a form of agreement? I've found several discussions of
these entities but have been unable to find a sample agreement. We have
many of the Delaware corporate treatises but would be interested in
knowing about any book on this particular topic. Any help would be
appreciated.
