Philadelphia County:
Butcher v. Scott, 2 Pa. L.J. Reports 287, 1 Clark 311 (C.P. Phil. 1843)
Of course, the attorney would like it today - if anyone could help I would
appreciate it. I tried Lexis (I don't have Westlaw, although it's probably
not there either). We would pay any copying/delivery costs. Thanks!
