Looking for information on tax treaties between the U.S. and Caribbean
countries (including, but not limited to): Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas,
Barbados, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, British West Indies, Cuba,
Dominica, Dominican Republic, French West Indies, Grenada, Haiti, Jamaica,
Netherlands Antilles, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the
Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago.
Specifically, looking to see if we can identify those Caribbean countries
that are most hospitable, tax-wise, to businesses having their meetings
(annual or otherwise) in that particular country. I know, I know -- sounds
kind of sleazy but really, it's just comparison shopping!
Any help appreciated -- tried the IRS web site, the Treasury web site,
general Google search -- getting frustrated. Sigh. Don't have a copy of
Treaties in Force but not sure that would help.....
