I am trying to locate an article written by one of our attorneys, Charles L.
Woody, which appeared in the Virginia Bar Association's
Labor & Employment Law Conference seminar materials. We believe the article
appeared sometime between 1990-1996?.. If you have these binders, would you
please let me know if you are able to locate the article which deals with
successorship liability.
