Thanks to everyone who responded yesterday. I got lots of great suggestions,
although I wasn't very clear in explaining that the attorney needs this by
Friday so getting it directly from the SEC isn't an option in this case.
Here is a recap of the suggestions in case anyone ever has a similar
request.
Neither Disclosure or GSI/LivEdgar (which many people suggested) have this
10K from 1968. They both offered to try to retrieve it from the SEC, but
again that could take weeks. A couple people suggested the NYPL Corporate
Services (800-456-NYPL). That is a great source too but they have only
annual reports, not 10Ks (and this attorney only wants the 10K). A good
source though and very helpful even though they didn't have what I needed.
Pamela Dempsey suggested contacting the graduate business school nearest to
Litton's headquarters and I am working that angle now. A great suggestion!
