may I ask for some help? I have been asked to find what I think is an New Mexico Attorney General's Opinion. it is cited as "Letter from Elizabeth A Glenn, Assistant Attorney General, State of New Mexico(Aug 13, 1997) it should be about limitations on broker's fees, specifically a "subsection b4 override of DIDMCA"
It was cited in 54 Consumer Fin. L. Q. Rep 122, footnote 47.
