I am trying to find the dissolution ("winding up") provisions of the Grenada Companies Act. In particular the attorney would like to see section 427 of the 1994 act. I have tried everywhere I can think of, including the UK Companies Act. Does anyone have any suggestions? Any help would be appreciated.
