Is anyone aware of a source that offers the same information (fulltext
multilateral and bilateral tax treaties, and not just those treaties to
which the US is a party) as Tax Analysts' Worldwide Tax Treaties on CD?
It's a valuable resource, but they've really jacked the price up this year
and I just want to confirm that I don't have less expensive options. But
I'm not aware of anything that offers the same information in one source
(and the "one source" part is crucial - I don't think it behooves us to drop
one title that has to be replaced by three or four others).
I don't know how to look for something that doesn't look like the thing I'm
