I looked into my copy of Foreign Law: Current Sources of Codes and
Legislation, vol. IIB and it says in the chapter on Slovenia, that the
personal injury law is
found in the Code of Obligations in Sluzbeni list SFRJ 1985 no. 39, 1987
no. 29 and 1989 no. 57. The Draft Code of Obligations of 7 June 1996 in
Uradni list
Republike Slovenije 1996 no. 30.
