Everyone-
I have a patron who needs to know the personal injury laws of Slovenia.
We have looked at the book "Personal Injury Awards in EU and EFTA
Countries" but that info wasn't in there. I have called LEXIS and they
don't have Sloevenian personal injury law, only patent law.
The patron's husband was killed last year in a traffic accident in
Slovenia and she is desperate to find out what the statute of
limitations is for wrongful death. She also needs to find an attorney
who speaks English and Slovenian and can converse in English legalese
(the patron is an attorney herself.)
Any leads? Hints? Anything? Thanks-
